Well it’s really hard for Sofia and I to motivate ourselves to do much when we know we have no access to any meaningful amounts of money until the new month and there for our options for doing anything other than basically walk up and down the strip in 108F heat. The kids were all up and dressed and going out before us, amazing it would seem Stefan is having a positive effect,
I go back to bed and cuddle up to Sofia.
When we did eventually go out we walked over to the Monte Carlo and then on to the CVS shop, where we bought some bits and bobs, necessary items and got out some cash from Sofia’s account (we have a hotel bill to pay!) and also some water.
We then went into the Monte Carlo, god it was good to get out of the heat.
We had agreed to meet the kids at the Lion Habitat in the MGM, whilst waiting for them, we people watched from Starbucks again, Sofia had a real need for fresh fruit and I needed some donuts.
The children turned up and the lions were home so there was quite a crowd, some of the people were in a glass walkway under the lions when one decided to pee onto the glass above them and of course that set people taking photos like crazy.

We headed over to New York New York for dinner we had $10 each to get what we wanted, I did fish and chips, the boys did burger and ribs, Sasha and Sofia went to the `deli and Sasha had fruit while Sofia had a Salt beef sourkraut and swiss on rye sandwich, she said it was very good, served with dill pickle and potato salad, It really was good but she could not finish it all.
Sasha and Stefan went off to see The Hangover at the cinema and Basty came back to the hotel with us.
When they came back Sasha told us she enjoyed The Hangover as much the second time around.
Sofia gave her the washing liquid so that she could do her own washing.
Packing up night as we are due to move hotel’s tomorrow we move out of Hooters and into the Gold Coast a bigger and more modern hotel yet even cheaper than Hooters as it’s just off the strip, we have never stayed off strip before and don’t really know what to expect.
Vegas is a cool place to be but with no money the fun level drops considerably.
