The Gap Year Gang Are Lazing By the Pool

One of Sandcastles (Agnes Water) Swimming Pools
Another lazy day, last lie in before we move on. Sofia’s turkeys are still on the porch, three of them today. Sofia, Basty and I hung out at the swimming pool while Stefan went off to the dive shop to use their internet facility.
When the scuba divers came to use the pool for training we moved on to the other nicer but smaller pool, it has a spa and some nice sun chairs. We had another swim and lazed in the sun reading our books. Sasha contacted us today, she is in Sydney with Gabrielle and wants to know our plans, frankly we don’t have any.
A week or so ago we were fed up with traveling around Australia, the distances were too great between places of interest and the country is just too expensive to spend time staying in crappy little out of the way towns that close at 6:00pm.
Then we hit Agnes Water and the Town of 1770 and we just relaxed, a small town with Sun, Sand and Sea, most days stuff still closed at 6:00pm and the food options were limited and the next nearest towns may be upwards of 80kms away but, for somewhere to relax we have found a gem of a place and our plan to get out of Oz a few weeks early have fallen by the wayside.
Our plan now is to drive on up to Mackay and then turn around and start heading back towards Ulladulla before flying on to New Zealand near the end of May.
Stefan still has not decided what he intends to do, either way he holds flight tickets to Bangkok and from Bangkok to the UK.
We hope he chooses not to return to the UK anytime soon.
I tried to put credit onto my phone using my credit card but could not get it to work, bloody useless system. We both fell asleep and then the boys went out for a snack but found everything was shut! So they had to eat everything left in the ridge. We packed up and Sofia decided to dump some more clothes.
The Town of 1770 has been relaxing and lovely.
